Does the ointment cure MPS (moist panty syndrome) or give one moist panties? There’s a subtle difference.
I couldn’t believe my eyes when a friend passed this along to me today, for as I could hardly believe it myself, these are the very three words I dislike the sound of most (almost typed moist) as well.
You aren’t alone. Those three words have been identified to be among the least liked in the English language, along with words like “hate”, “slacks” and “vomit”. The following comes from the Visual Thesaurus.
But, before we get to that, I want to add that I think “Moist Panty Vomit Slacks” is slightly worse.

Two of your three least favorites have an “oi”. How do you feel about “pointy”?
i have no problem with any of these words…in fact, i use them often….individually and sometimes together…
ditto, b. my most hated word is “leverage”, and most hated phrase is “with that said,” – they just sound like shit when they fall from a tool’s mouth.
Moist Panty Leverage is a nice phrase.
Agreed. uggg “moist” is the WORST!
One of my least favorite words is curriculum. I hate the word. I would, however, watch the shit out of a movie called Moist Panty Curriculum.
