I don’t, as a rule, follow sports. Everyone around here is so worked up over the big championship, though, it’s hard not to get sucked into it a little. So, when I was told that a friend could get tickets to last night’s big game, I decided to take advantage of the opportunity. And I’m glad that I did. The game was great, and we got to sit right on the ground, just a few feet from the action. I wish I’d taken a photo, but we were asked not to… which it too bad, because during the first period, one of the girls slid right up to within inches of us.

I don’t remember the score, but the Pistoffs came from behind and won. I had wanted the Pistol Whippers to win, so I was a bit disappointed.
