OK, it’s the first of the month, and that means yet another coupon for an outstanding, locally owned business. This month’s coupon is from our friends at Ypsilanti’s Corner Brewery. Here are the details…
A printable copy of this month’s coupon can be found here… Please feel free to share it liberally.
Oh, and I haven’t tried either yet, but the new Germanator and the Hop Lovers pizzas both sound incredible.
The Germanator Pizza!
Garlic olive oil, thinly sliced potatoes soaked in vinegar, mozzarella cheese, brats sourced from local farmer Dave Steinhauser, kraut, and a healthy drizzle of spicy mustard.
The Hop Lovers Pizza!
House made hops infused pizza sauce, mozzarella cheese, red onion, tomatoes and feta cheese.
Enjoy!

Man do I hate bastardized pizza. Call it something else, don’t call that pizza. I would rather eat a hot n’ barfy.
I recommend the the large democrat on democrat fuckfest with everything, hold the black olives. Mmmm. I only wish I had a way to invest in and promote this breakthrough in pizza technology.
Yes, why couldn’t you have run an ad for Domino’s?
Those two pizzas sound absolutely awful. I will still ikely use the coupon and order a pizza – without kraut, mustard, or anything even reomtely ‘infused’. And Dragon, don’t hold the Black Olives – it’s a big tent; everyone is welcome!
Dragon doesn’t hate black olives, her just prefers white ones.
Um, those sound delicious. Kraut is good anywhere, anytime.
FYI – Eating anything more exotic than factory farmed, highly preserved peperoni on your pizza makes you elitist scum.

“What would Thayrone eat?”
Probably many Italians would call all American pizza bastardized. They might like it, but still find it strange. I had some nice potato pizza in Rome.
Hops are great. I hear in some places, they eat young hops as a vegetable, with eggs. Sounds good to me.
A “thayrone” for those of you not in the greater Ann Arbor area is like a “joe the plumber” only less eloquent and more prone to rage.
I’d like to know how exactly they “source brats from Dave Steinhauser”.
It brings the Randy Quaid movie Parents to mind.
Or Sweeney Todd
Please stop hating on the Corner. Their pizza is actually quite good.
Thank you, Patti! I love the Corner’s pizza, and I appreciate this coupon.
