to sleep or not to sleep

I just made coffee and I was planning on staying up late tonight and blogging, but then I made the mistake of reading this. Now I’m not so sure.

That was a very interesting article. I printed it up so that I can give it to Mom who has no clue how to go to bed at night and get sufficient sleep.
