Here are a few photos I snapped of Spiegelman. The slide behind him, if you can make it out, shows some of his mouse-headed characters from Maus. I was tempted to say that that was me in the second photo, waving goodbye to him, but its not. I just sat in my seat like the terrified loser that I am I wanted to stand up and ask a question, but I just couldnt summon up the courage. I think I will write a letter to him though and see if hed like to do an interview for Crimewave. As he has quite a history with the underground press, Im hoping he might say yes.
