Some of you, I am proud to say, have really stepped up to the plate and done your part for America. From the 19 year old hairdresser in Kansas City to the middle-aged professor of accounting in Land of Lakes, Wisconsin, the women of America are rallying behind the Ypsipanty and they are standing up against evil-doers. And men and women alike, Republican and Democrat, straight and gay, ugly and beautiful, are reaching out for Iggy Pop was born in Ypsilanty t-shirts. It is a beautiful thing to see. It reminds me of the time right after September 11 when our nations leaders held hands and sang God Bless America on the steps of the capital building.
