The joke starts at about the 1-minute mark. I’d suggest skipping right to it, as Conan isn’t funny, but to each his own.
Speaking of local brushes with late night celebrity, it looks as though the video of Jimmy Fallon calling former Ypsi City Council member Bill Nickels “Ol’ Five Cent Willy” no longer exists online. I guess it’s now up to us to keep it alive in the stories we hand down to future generations.
Oh, and speaking of funny phallic things, I heard a good joke today. Are you ready for it?… Here it is… “Hey corporate lobbyists, is that a Boehner in your pocket, or are you just happy to have your Congress back?“
[Thanks to my friend Andy for bringing Conan’s monologue to my attention.]

I want to like Coco. I really do. I like the idea of him. But I don’t find him compelling, or even remotely funny. Maybe it’s my age.
watched this whole stupid thing, not a fan, and never saw where the Tower was referenced.
You can’t just listen. You need to watch. It’s a visual thing, at about 1:40, when he’s talking about the Gay Museum in San Francisco.
They switched out the video for a different monologue but left the tag the same. I can no longer find the correct one on the website. Go Team Coco!
It’s in this video at about 3:15:

Er, actually, the video you have posted is the right one. The joke is more like around 1:30.
They fixed it. The correct one starts with him talking about the weather, the wrong one started with him talking about the Kennedy’s. It was wrong for a few days there.
It’s not really all that funny. Conan tells people that a Gay History Museum is being planned in San Francisco, and then they show our phallic water tower. It’s only on the screen for about two seconds.
Conan O’Brian is a gay joke.
