synchronicity: the knotting of time

For those of you who are interested, this is the Don Knotts poster that’s being discussed right now in the comments section. Apparently, as I was writing my last post on Mr. Knotts, and my renewed efforts to secure an interview, my friend Dave, unbeknownst to me, was making his way through Seattle traffic to get me a copy of a Don Knotts poster that he had seen some weeks before. As coincidence would have it, not only was I thinking/writing about Mr. Knotts as Dave was on his way to pick up this gift for me, but it turns out that another person I know had been involved in a theft of this exact same poster the last time his band was playing the West Coast…

Whenever I get discouraged about this site, and start to wonder if I’m just pouring my time down a hole, something like this happens, and it reminds me that on occasion very cool things can happen here. These are the kinds of things that make me thankful for MM.com. I love when unusual, little connections are made. I love it when MM.com becomes a conduit for synchronicity.
