On average Trump’s numbers are better on that chart. Maybe if his hands weren’t tied by having to deal with your asinine made-up issues more pervs would be busted. Maybe they aren’t as active. Hundred of miles of the wall are now up for one thing. Policies discourage illegal entry. That’s a good portion of trafficking nipped in the bud right there.

…as Obama’s numbers climbed and Trump’s numbers declined. That’s by far the most critical factor. Trump’s 4 years have seen fewer prosecutions than Obama’s last 4. By the way, 2017’s numbers were obviously achieved by Obama administration people who weren’t yet driven out, fired, or undermined.
