The White House in melt down… Trump implicated in Russia coverup, as Scaramucci is escorted off White House grounds

Shortly after taking his position as White House Communications Director, Anthony “The Mooch” Scaramucci, discussing how unauthorized leaks were keeping the President from pursuing his agenda and making America great again, said, “I want to fucking kill all the leakers.” Well, today, there was another leak, and it was a big one. According to the Washington Post, someone within the administration has confirmed that it was Trump himself who had instructed his son to lie about the meeting he’d taken with representatives from the Kremlin last July, a revelation which essentially puts Trump at the center of the coverup. Scaramucci, for what it’s worth, was not available for comment, seeing as how, earlier in the day, he’d been escorted off the White House grounds.

White House Press Secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders, when asked why Scaramucci had been fired after just ten days, said that the former Wall Street executive had been terminated because the President felt the language he’d used in a discussion several days ago with New Yorker reporter Ryan Lizza was “inappropriate for a person in that position.” This, of course, contradicts what we heard by way of Axios directly after the incident, which is that Trump “loved” Scaramucci’s over-the-top, shit-stirring quotes, even if it did irk him a bit to be upstaged. As for why the Mooch was really fired, the most believable theory I’ve heard thus far is that retired Marine Corps general John Kelly, Trump’s brand new Chief of Staff, made the call this morning, and that Trump begrudgingly went along with it.

So, just to sum up for those of you who haven’t been keeping up with the news this past week; Trump hired the Mooch to be his third Communications Director since May; Spicer, who warned that he’d quit if the Mooch was hired, left in disgust; the Mooch then forced out Priebus, who he called a “paranoid schizophrenic”; Kelly was hired to replace Priebus, who, we learned, had been given the job of killing flies in the White House; and Kelly fired the Mooch, who, by the way, missed his son’s birth a few days ago, causing his wife to file for divorce… And all of this happened in just eleven days.

I know what you’re thinking… What happened to that “fine-tuned machine” Trump was telling us about?

Well, judging from Twitter, nothing’s changed. Trump just posted that today was another great day at the White House. [All of the chaos, I guess, is just an illusion being projected by the “fake news.”]

Which brings us to this message, shared earlier today by former Labor Secretary Robert Reich, who clearly seems to think that Trump is beginning to crumble, along with his support in Congress. The following, says Reich, is a conversation that just took place between himself a former Republican member of Congress. Make of it what you will.

And then Putin throws a smoke screen to the tune of 755 US diplomats being expelled from Russia by Sep 2017. Never play cards with Putin!

I’ll believe it when I see it. Still not enough (released publicly at least) to impeach, still not enough to remove using the 25th.

I think the GOP will just use him as cover as long as they’re able. Dems need to take the House in 2018 (Senate very unlikely) to move the needle in 2019.

Did you read about the email prankster in the UK who tricked several senior members of the administration into talking with him? This is from CNN.

In another exchange, Scaramucci was hoodwinked by the same prankster pretending to be Ambassador to Russia-designate Jon Huntsman Jr.

“Who’s (sic) head should roll first?” the bogus Huntsman asked from a Gmail account on Friday, before the Priebus termination had been announced. “Maybe I can help things along somewhat.”

“Both of them,” responded the real Scaramucci, in an apparent reference to both Priebus and White House Senior Adviser Steve Bannon, about whom Scaramucci has been quite critical.

After a few other nice messages of support from faux Huntsman, Scaramucci wrote, “Are you in Moscow now? If not please visit.”

Huntsman himself was also tricked, with the prankster pretending to be Eric Trump, the President’s son. “Thanks for the thoughtful note,” the ambassador-designate wrote to fake Eric Trump. “Russia will be a challenging but no doubt rewarding assignment.” The fake Eric Trump responded with this suggestion: “Maybe we could have Dad sat (sic) on a horse, top off, giving the full Putin! He’s in better shape than his suits suggest.”

You guys are screwed. Imran Awan is about to spill the beans about his stealing of the DNC server and everything else. Of course he was employed by Debbie Wasserman-Schultz even after he was banned from Capitol Hill. That’s the same DWS who had to step down for colluding with Hillary Clinton to undermine our Democracy by fixing Clinton’s candidacy.

Fixing her Primary victory that is. It’s no wonder Michigan Democrats abandoned her. Who would want to vote for the one who cheated to get past their guy?

Mark, just keep pushing the Russian story. Even though it has as much substance as Obama is a Kenyan. The Democrats under Pelosi will not do anything to alter the current situation. Trump is the best fund raiser the Democrats ever had. What is best for the country does not matter, what matters is who is on top and the Democrats want to be top dog, not that it will help us poor working slobs any. But I guess now that you are a land lord and small businessman it is only natural you would be a moderate Republican (ie. Democrat).

Thanks for that link, Jean. That testimony was very powerful. Clint Watts summed it up in his testimony – follow the dead russians and the money.

So, the Magnitsky Act freezes the American assets of Putin and other russian oligarchs. This brings up a disturbing irony and an even more disturbing question. The irony is that the oligarchs are hiding their money in the US and european countries ( mostly in real estate ) because we take our laws serious. If they kept it in russia, it could be potentially taken from them by someone else due to the lawlessness.

The big question is who the hell is helping the russians sink their cash into real estate? From the sound of it, we are talking about hundreds of billions of dollars. That is a lot of real estate. My understanding is that the Panama Papers exposed some of the laundering mechanisms of the russians ( and conspicuously did not include americans, who apparently prefer to hide and launder their money in the Caymans. )

The whole Russian thing sounds like a variation of what Jeff Epstein appears to have done. Offer lavish parties to rich and powerful people, put them in a compromising position by appealing to their baser appetites, and then use that as leverage. At some point, the network of powerful people who have been compromised is so large that if one goes down they all go down, so they have a “gentleman’s agreement” to keep their dirty secrets.. and keep Jeff ( and Putin ) happy so that that leverage is in perfect balance.

Or you just kill the ones that threaten the unholy alliance if you don’t have the patience or skill to keep the rube goldberg in balance.

The Mooch was fired because news was about to break that he was fucking a Fox News anchor.

Why would the Mooch’s sex life be more pertinent to his firing than an expletive-laden tirade to a New Yorker reporter against his colleagues? That’s absurd. Also, who cares?

This was interesting, given the intelligence expertise of the writers. https://mobile.nytimes.com/2017/08/02/opinion/donald-trump-russia-collusion-cia.html
