From the very beginning, I’ve thought that the Russians had something sexual on Trump. I’ve kept quiet about this suspicion until now, though, as I recognized that it wasn’t based on anything but a hunch, knowing a bit about Trump’s history with young models, and the way Putin’s security forces operate. So, not wanting to be labeled a conspiracy theorist, or muddy the waters with insane-sounding birther-like theories, I just waited quietly, knowing that I’d eventually catch wind of something. [As Obama said just a few minutes ago, “Reality has a way of catching up with you,” and I knew Trump’s time would come.] Well, today, the news I’d been waiting for finally broke. An intelligence dossier that, according to news reports, was passed from a former MI6 operative in Moscow, to an emissary of John McCain, to FBI Director Comey… if it can be believed… seems to indicate that the Russians are in possession of a video showing Donald Trump, while staying in the presidential suite of the Moscow Ritz Carlton, directing prostitutes to piss on one another for his enjoyment, soiling a bed that President and Mrs. Obama had recently slept in. Surprisingly, though, that’s not the part of the report that I found most alarming. What struck me the hardest was the revelation that Trump, in exchange for Russia’s help in taking down Clinton, had agreed to essentially allow the Russians to take the Ukraine. And, yes, I would think that’s enough to ensure that impeachment procedures get underway the very minute he takes the oath of office on January 20. Here, for those of you who are interested, is the section of the intelligence report that I’m referring to. [Don’t worry. We’ll get into the salacious sex stuff in just a minute.]
And, here, to give you some context, is something I’d written shortly after the Republican National Convention this past summer in a post titled “To what extent is Donald Trump a surrogate of Vladimir Putin?“
…Just before the Republican National Convention, the Republican party released their new platform for 2016. The New York Times called it “the most extreme Republican platform in memory.” Among other things, according to the Times, this new platform outlined positions “making no exceptions for rape or women’s health in cases of abortion; requiring the Bible to be taught in public high schools; selling coal as a ‘clean’ energy source; demanding a return of federal lands to the states; insisting that legislators use religion as a guide in lawmaking; appointing ‘family values’ judges; barring female soldiers from combat; and rejecting the need for stronger gun controls — despite the mass shootings afflicting the nation every week.” This apparently came to pass largely because Donald Trump, who would go on just a few days later to accept the party’s nomination for President, didn’t push back. With one notable exception, Trump and his team, accepted everything that was suggested without debate.
That’s right. They didn’t push back against any of the retrograde domestic policies, but, curiously, they insisted that proposed wording about our need to arm the Ukrainians to fight Russian and rebel forces be stricken, “contradicting the view of almost all Republican foreign policy leaders in Washington,” according to the Washington Post.
And this is the first thing that came to mind this morning when I read Hillary Clinton’s campaign manager’s comments concerning the recent Wikileaks release of some 20,000 DNC emails which appear to show that those overseeing the Democratic primary process were biased in favor Clinton. Telling CNN’s Jake Tapper “I don’t think it’s coincidental that these emails were released on the eve of our convention,” Robby Mook went on to say that security experts have indicated that the hack was initiated in Russia. “What’s disturbing to us is that experts are telling us Russian state actors broke into the DNC, stole these emails, and other experts are now saying that the Russians are releasing these emails for the purpose of actually of helping Donald Trump,” Mook said…
So now we have an intelligence report, which, if it can be believed, confirms that, yes, the Trump campaign altered the Republican platform on behalf of the Russians, in exchange for their sharing of hacked emails stolen from Democratic Party servers. [Trump, as you may recall, went even further after the convention by stating that, under his leadership, the United States may no longer honor it’s commitments to NATO countries.] The sex stuff, as far as I’m concerned, pales in comparison. This… again, if true… proves that our President-elect conspired with the government of a known dictator to steal an election, putting our own national interests, and those of our allies, behind his desire for personal power. If true, this would prove that our incoming President essentially bought the election, paying for it with the lives of the Ukrainians, who are presently being subjected to Russian war crimes. And, yes, I think this would be classified as treason.
As for where this report comes from, it’s apparently a long story that begins late last year, when, according to CNN, Republican Senator John McCain was told by a former British diplomat that a retired MI6 agent working in Moscow had gathered credible intelligence concerning ties between the Trump campaign and the Putin’s government. Here, with more on how it went down, is a clip from The Guardian.
…The Guardian can confirm that the documents reached the top of the FBI by December. Senator John McCain, who was informed about the existence of the documents separately by an intermediary from a western allied state, dispatched an emissary overseas to meet the source and then decided to present the material to Comey in a one-on-one meeting on 9 December, according to a source aware of the meeting. The documents, which were first reported on last year by Mother Jones, are also in the hands of officials in the White House.
McCain is not thought to have made a judgment on the reliability of the documents but was sufficiently impressed by the source’s credentials to feel obliged to pass them to the FBI.
The Senate armed services committee, which Senator McCain chairs, launched an inquiry last week into Russian cyber-attacks during the election.
McCain was reluctant to get involved, according to a colleague, for fear the issue would be dismissed as a personal grudge against Trump. He pushed instead for the creation of a special Senate committee to look into connections between campaign staff and Moscow, but the proposal was blocked by the Republican leadership…
Which brings us to the most salacious revelation in the report – the piss play in the presidential suite of the Moscow Ritz Carlton. Here’s what the report says.
Could this be a load of bullshit? I suppose so. My gut, however, tells me that it’s not. Regardless, though, one has to wonder why we’re finding out about it now, on the eve of Trump’s big press conference, and just 10 days before he’s sworn in as our 45th President. If I had to guess, I’d say that our intelligence community has finally had enough of Trump’s negative comments about the value of their work, and this is how they’ve decided to pay him back. [I liked this Face The Nation headline from two days ago: “Former acting CIA chief Morell says Trump’s intel disparagement will have ‘significant effects’.”] For what it’s worth, though, I don’t think there are many in Washington, on either side of the aisle, who will be sad to see Trump go. Everyone in D.C., even if they can’t agree as to what extent Trump is actually an agent of Russia, knows that he’s an unstable and dangerous mess.
So, here’s the big question… How many “golden showers” will we see in the audience during the inauguration? How many people, do you think, the moment Trump puts his hand on the bible, will squeeze water bottles over their heads, shooting glistening streams of yellow liquid into the air? I’ve got to think there will be thousands of people doing it, right?
Oh, and I doubt any of this will change the opinion of Trump supporters. Even if the video were released, showing our President-elect ordering Russian prostitutes to piss on one another, they’d find a way to excuse it… The right wing blogosphere is pretty quite right now, but I expect we’ll start seeing posts like this from the likes of Laura Ingraham soon enough.

It’s hard to resist. But the sexual proclivities are not the story, and thank you for pointing that out. It’s still not verified, but many of the more sober reporters seem to think this is something real. They are also subject to narrative bias, especially if rumors have been brewing for months.
As to why now, I heard it was simply to assure that the investigation was followed through on after Obama leaves office. It’s still just pieces. We’ll see.

I was going to joke, at the end of the post, that Trump got a better send-off from the CIA than Kennedy, but then I decided that it might just make me look like more of a conspiracy theorist. But, yeah, if it’s true that our intelligence community is responsible for this somehow, I guess Trump should be thankful, as I’m sure they could have done worse. They could have, for instance, released the videotape.
I’m sorry if I inadvertently insulted your kink. That wasn’t my objective. For what it’s worth, I suspect I would have commented regardless of the act. So I wouldn’t take it personally. While we’re on the subject of golden showers, here’s an interesting story. When I lived in LA, I was friends with a record industry guy who once told me about an exec at his company that, whenever he came to town, would hire a prostitute to lay in the tub of his hotel room while he pissed on her. Trump seemed to have truly underestimated how brutal the office is. He will either have a heart attack trying to keep up, or will shut himself in the White House away from all media and people.
The Lawfare piece is interesting. Maybe it wasn’t the intelligence community coming after Trump, as I’d suggested. Maybe they do see intelligence as sacrosanct. But, then again, Comey did announce that he was reopening the FBI investigation into Clinton, in violation of accepted protocol. So maybe things are changing. I’m just fascinated by the timing, and the possibility that someone somewhere made the decision that, for the good of the nation, they had no choice but the override the will of the people. But, yeah, it could just be that Buzzfeed wanted to get a shit load of hits.

EOS– I think I’ve made it clear here that I understand this is not verified information. Multiple links posted with details about what is known and not known. If it were just this story alone, you could call it fake news. But there are far too many other threads connecting Trump and crew to Russia in verified ways. We also now know that there are multiple interbureau investigations of Trump ties to Russia, including financial. The information about the dossier and more was shared with the POTUS and PEOTUS. So Intel thinks there may be some validity. (Not that they haven’t been way off before) So we wait and see. And we talk about it culturally, so the investigation will go on. So we can find the truth. Maybe. Eventually.

For sure there are things I appreciate about Donald Trump: he exposed the corrupt political system in the debates, he is serious about bringing jobs back (already starting to happen) and he doesn’t hang out on sex slave islands(!) What else? The establishment is terrified of him (see Bush and Clinton fams align.) He has expressed a desire for peace that I hope he can cultivate in reality.
I am worried about his seeming devotion to Israel. He is cheesy with the hair and orange face. Don’t know what that is about haha! A lot of this other stuff is overblown. What I said was. “There’s still no hard evidence that Russia was directly involved, merely assessments of a politically motivated intelligence system carrying out the wishes of the outgoing president.” And Assange has repeatedly said that he did not get the information from anyone connected with the Russian government. The DNC emails were not fake news. They were actual emails and this has been confirmed.

That is the thing about Trump that allows him to appeal to those who aren’t prone to thinking critically. Yes, he has said he wants to reduce military spending by closing bases and getting NATO countries to pay us. He has also stated that he wants to increase military spending in order to build a strong military. It is amazing how many of his supporters hear what they want to hear even as he contradicts himself. If he actually reduces our defense budget, I will be quite happy but knowing what I know about how embedded with defense contractors the GOP is, I am not holding my breath.

He’s in a pickle because he denied for ages tat the Russians leaked the DNC reports and that THAT whole thing was a CIA/Clinton alliance plot. And that the press did not have confirmation. Then they got confirmation. And the FBI, who clearly favored Trump, corroborated the CIA. And there were multiple other threads tying Trump and co to Russia. Did Greenwald who always calls for retractions from the press, issue a retraction? No he did not. So now he has doubled down.
Releasing information so that an investigation goes on past the inauguration is hardly the dirtiest pool the CIA plays. Greenwald will consistently ignore the plausible answer for the nefarious and complicated one.

The CIA and FBI are obligated to investigate corruption in our government and between our government representatives and foreign governments. Would Greenwald have that function eliminated? Should Congress be doing these investigations instead? Would they be less politically compromised? If not the FBI and CIA then who??? Is releasing the dossier surprising? What was the function of the act? To keep the issue from being buried in the new admin. To ensure the truth was revealed, not create fake news. Fake news outlets express certainty. No, the GAO has their own staff. My brother is one of them (which is why I own a beautiful rug from Afghanistan where my brother spent two years auditing stuff at the embassy compound in Kabul). They audit government programs at the request of Congress. They are currently, at the request of Elizabeth Warren auditing the Trump transition. While they wouldn’t directly investigate Russia or the hacking, they could audit the CIA and FBI’s investigations to make sure they are doing their jobs. The GAO staff have the high security clearances to conduct such investigations and they are very thorough, but slow. They find corruption, waste, whatever.

HW is closer to the truth than you are on this issue. If Manafort and Flynn get indicted today, it is for things they did apart from any association with Trump. Both of these persons were employed by Trump for very short durations. Trump fired them both.
To date, there hasn’t been any evidence that Trump himself had illegal contact with any Russians, but vast amounts of evidence that the Clinton Foundation received millions of dollars in a quid pro quo relationship with Russia. You can ridicule others for pointing to the evidence of conspiracy revolving around the Clintons, but that won’t alter the facts. I heard a rumor Hyborian Warlord was spotted wandering near Ecorse and Michigan Ave, and admitted he was embarassed about how wrong he was about Trump. So there may be some hope for the future.
I like the comments about no Obama scandals. Ofcourse if there were, the liberal media would of reported them. Right? The media has no shame and prove it daily. Their constant daily attacks on Trump only fuels his victory for another 4 years. This has been their biggest mistake. And he will only do more that will be hard to be undone in his next 4 years. Facts are stubborn things. And unfortunately the Dems have screwed that all up as well. Trump is not a politician so quit trying to nail him to that cross. It will never work. Time to change the strategy before its too late. What do you do when you constantly hear the same people nagging on you about the same things over and over. You as I do tune it out. So CHANGE THE TUNE!! Talk about solving the issues that matter. Forget Trump and focus on helping the country. Or we get another 4 yrs of Trump. He wants the focus on him. He has played everyone. Stop being fools and get to the business of The People! Doesnt anyone else see the obvious here?
