   They held hearings on Civil Forfeiture last week in Lansing, and how local police can keep your stuff, even after you are not prosecuted. Ex-Legislator tom McMillan (R), is working to cahnge the law, but I saw this video of testimony from an MS sufferer, and man, did it piss me off.
