Fool Moon 2011

These aren’t great videos, and I’m sure you can find better ones online, as tons of people had their cameras out, but I shot these last night in Ann Arbor, as Linette, Clementine and I celebrated the first annual parade of luminary art objects known as Fool Moon.

It was a great event, but way too crowded. If it’s held again – which I’m sure it will be – I’d suggest they close off more than just one block to traffic.

Oh, I didn’t get a picture of it, but my favorite luminary was the blue angler fish. It was incredible… I also really liked the shadow puppets done by my friends at Dreamland.

[Special thanks to Mike G for staying home and loaning his luminary to Clementine.]

It was a blast! My favorite moment was when the guy with the fish that had moving lips came over and “drank” from my beer mug. Super fly.
