The Increasingly Poor Decisions of Todd Margaret

David Cross and Will Arnett, from Arrested Development, have reunited for a British television show called The Increasingly Poor Decisions of Todd Margaret. The pilot, which was written and directed by Cross, also stars director Spike Jonze. I’ve only seen this one clip so far, and, while it didn’t blow me away, I think it shows a lot of promise. (If you decide to play the clip, be warned… there’s lots of profanity.)

And, yes, I chose to write about this British comedy series tonight instead of the “fat cat” Wall Street bankers who, after taking our billions, had the audacity to snub the President today when he asked them to meet and discuss reforms and oversight. I feel bad about it, but every once in a while, I need to choose comedy over infuriating bullshit.

update: And, if you’re in Britain, you can catch the whole BBC Channel Four pilot here. It’s scheduled to be taken down in 12 days, though, so watch it soon. (I thought that it would work in the U.S. as well, but it doesn’t seem to.)

There is a movie coming out though. I’ve got to keep that in mind.

Bad news, Kim. According to Michael Cera, there’s not even a script yet. He says it’s still in the “outline” stage.

He also says that, he did Halloween as a “sexy rapist” this year.
