Be careful – you don’t want your paranoid delusions to go canceling each other out, do you?

I just received the following email from a relative. It suggests that Obama never attended Columbia as an undergraduate. Of course, if this is true, then it can’t also be possible that, some mysterious benefactor paid his tuition while at Columbia. And, he couldn’t have written that thesis arguing that the founding fathers didn’t intend to guarantee “economic freedom”… The snake, my friends, is beginning to eat its own tail.

Subject: Columbia University Class of 1983— Nobody remembers Obama

ISN”T THIS ODD???

Looking for evidence of Obama’s past, Fox News contacted 400 Columbia University students from the period when Obama claims to have been there, but none remembered him.

Wayne Allyn Root was, like Obama, a political science major at Columbia who also graduated in 1983. In 2008, Root says of Obama, “I don’t know a single person at Columbia that knew him, and they all know me.

I don’t have a classmate who ever knew Barack Obama at Columbia. Ever! Nobody recalls him. I’m not exaggerating, I’m not kidding.” Root adds that he was also, like Obama, “Class of ’83 political science, pre-law” and says, “You don’t get more exact or closer than that. Never met him in my life, don’t know anyone who ever met him.

At the class reunion, our 20th reunion five years ago, who was asked to be the speaker of the class? Me.

No one ever heard of Barack! And five years ago, nobody even knew who he was. The guy who writes the class notes, who’s kind of the, as we say in New York, the macha who knows everybody, has yet to find a person, a human who ever met him. Is that not strange?

It’s very strange. Obama’s photograph does not appear in the school’s yearbook and Obama consistently declines requests to talk about his years at Columbia, provide school records, or provide the name of any former classmates or friends while at Columbia.

NOTE: Root graduated as valedictorian from his high school, Thornton-Donovan School, then graduated from Columbia University in 1983 as a Political Science major (in the same class as President Barack Obama WAS SUPPOSED TO HAVE BEEN IN)

And here’s another note: Root ran to be the Libertarian candidate for President in 2008 and lost. He’s also an accomplished gambler and is a popular speaker at Tea Party events. Draw your own conclusions.

Oh, and someone should tell Phil Boerner that his roommate while at Columbia didn’t really exist. I think he deserves to know.

Oh, and speaking of the Tea Partyfication of the Republican party, did you happen to see that new Rasmussen poll that came out today, showing that more people are identifying as Tea Partiers than Republicans? The madness, my friends, is spreading.

But how do we know that Phil Boerner exists?

My interpretation of a Rasmussen poll:

“On a scale of 1-5, 1 being “some” and 5 being “kill him now”, how much do you hate Barack Obama?”

“Uh, I don’t hate him at all.”

“Oh come on, just a little?”

    “No!”

“OK, I’ll put you down for 3.”

Would they call it the “Tea Party Party” or would they just use one “Party” in the title? That would be the determining factor in whether or not I’d support ’em. And if they would be willing to throw in a third “Party” in the title I’ll even donate money.

Fox News had to do some digging to confirm that Columbia University actually exists. Turns out it does, so at least Obama wasn’t lying about that.

The scary part is that they’ll get seats in Congress. I would not be at all surprised to see the Repub party fracture and one of these wackos get in as a rep for some rural constituency.
