While the rest of the world is focused on the Cannes film festival, I thought that maybe we could take a few minutes tonight to talk about the worst movie of the year. Judging from the trailers that I’ve seen, I think it’s going to be a toss up between…
What’s the worst movie of the year?

Once again, you and me are on the SAME WAVE LENGTH!
Those are actually my two favorite movies of the year, trust me, I’m not alone. Goobie, especially, was a huge hit among the community.
I actually got “Goobie, because everybody needs a friend” tattooed on my left thigh.
It’s true. Everybody needs a furry friend. I think that’s what you’re really saying here, am I right or am I right?
Jackie, the Cool Mule, voiced by “Ice T” said, “I pity the fool….” That really seems to sum up the whole movie pretty well.
How good would that movie have been if Mr. T (not Ice T.) had played the mule, the dog, Kevin Sorbo’s part, the little boy’s part, the boy’s big sister’s part, and the mother’s part? Then, at least, it would have been based loosely upon a true story. They could have used CG to kind of paste Mr.T’s face over the mule’s face.
And why didn’t they make Gooby a huge, ancient, furry, Maori warrior brought back from the past to save the inhabitants of Greenland from a neo-Nazi invasion instead? Played by “The Rock”, of course.
I think maybe in the non-kid movie category Mega Shark vs Giant Octopus, starring Debbie Gibson and Lorenzo Lamas…

Ok. I saw that Mega Shark vs Giant Octopus trailer over the weekend and I am still wondering if it is real. If it is real, it is going to be soooo fun. I love bad movies and sometimes deliberately bad movies are the most fun.
Sharks eating airplanes should be a whole genre.
Pedobear, is that you?

I say Hannah Montana: The Movie was probably the worst.
Gooby reminded me of this:

Okay, I’m stating a movie from 1988, if that’s okay?
The movie was so bad; I had to buy it years later.
Fresh Horses.
So, bad, it was to horrible to not buy and have a copy of it.
And that was lovely, David. Thank you.
