She’s been saying that she wanted to live with us forever for a long time now. She has this idea that she and Linette can do graphic design together. She’d write copy, and Linette would do the design. Which I think is really cute… But this thing about living with our dead bodies is something new.

Did she say where? Will she live wild among the headstones or will the two of you be floating in giant jars of formaldehyde in the living room?

I think Lizzy Borden said something similar to her folks. They too probably thought that it was cute at first.

I will read this blog forever. Even after it dies from too many posts in the Ypsitucky article.

Am I the only one picturing a sad old woman pulling a wagon loaded up with pickled heads in glass jars around Ypsilanti talking to them?

I was thinking desiccated corpses in the attic, all dressed up around the ol’ dinner table. Maybe with favorite stuffed animal and a tea set rounding out the evening ritual.

It might just be her way of asking you to stop eating things you find in the yard.
