For those of you not following the new comments scrolling by in the right hand column, I’d suggest you head back to the last “Zingerman’s in Ypsi” thread. Things in the comments section are getting a bit heated, but it’s really good stuff… I’d like to thank everyone who’s participating in the conversation, even those I don’t agree with… There are great points being raised on both sides.

Zingerman’s has been a wonderful anchor for the Kerrytown business district. I often wonder where the neighborhood would be without it.
Kerrytown would be one large maze of Methadone clinics, broken up by the occasional pediatric abortionist’s office.
I have eaten at the Z and find it to be just so so….
Friends that have tried it a few times tell me it’s a fairly poor excuse for a Deli ….
Perhaps it is some percieved value or just Hype ?
