edwards in the home stretch

It’s probably a bit of an exaggeration to say that Edwards will end all bad things when he takes office, but he did just come out and say that he’d have us out of Iraq in ten months if elected President. I think that’s a pretty good start. I guess it could be seen as a desperate move to woo the radical peace-lovers out there on the fringes of the Democratic party, but I suspect he’s sincere. And I’m not the only one. Apparently this guy believes him when he says he’ll help the poor. And apparently Ralph Nader believes him when he says he’ll stand up to corporate greed… If you’re in Iowa, and if you’re planning to give your vote to someone else tomorrow, please do me a favor, take a minute, and consider switching to Edwards. He’s a decent, hard-working man, and he can beat anyone that the Republicans run against him.

[I know he’ll have his hands full tomorrow night, but hopefully our friend Robert can give us a few updates from Iowa as results from the caucus start to trickle in to Edwards campaign headquarters.]
