kossacks in ypsi

As I’m waiting for my car to be repaired right now, I guess I won’t be going, but I’ve just been alerted that Michigan readers of the Daily Kos are at this very minute at Frenchie’s hating America together.

OK, so maybe I worded that poorly… When I wrote it, I was actually in Ann Arbor, at the Honda dealership, waiting for them to complete work on the hybrid Civic. I was there for about 3 hours… Now that I read it over, yes, I see how one could, like Hillary, get the impression that I couldn’t go to this because I didn’t have a car. That was not the case. I can still walk to Depot Town.

At any rate, I’m home now, and I’m still not going. My back hurts. I helped my dad move around his television sets this morning and I’m paying the price for it now. So, they’ll have to hate America without me.

I’ve thought about it, and I don’t think I could hate America without Mark Maynard.

We missed you tonight, Mark, but we all understand car troubles. Maybe next time!

Glad to hear it, Mark. I was really worried about you and our country last night.

There’s nothing like a brisk walk and a few shots of gin for a sore back.

So, what happened? How many people showed? What was discussed? Does anyone know?
