So, it looks like it’s really going to happen.
The third Shadow Art Fair will run from noon to midnight, Saturday, July 14, at the Corner Brewery.
So, put it on your calendar and start selling your blood for money.
If all goes according to plan, there may even be a new issue of Crimewave.
It’s a hoax, but I love this clip purporting to show Arrested Development’s Michael Cera being fired as the lead in Jud Apatow’s new film, Knocked Up. In case you don’t get the reference, it’s inspired by the infamous fight between director David O. Russel and Lilly Tomlin on the set of I Heart Huckabee’s.
For those who’d like to see more of Michael Cera, check out this trailer for one of Apatow’s other new films, Superbad. Or, better yet, check out his inspirational video.
[This summer, by the way, should, from this day forward, be known as “The Summer of Apatow.”]
Salon has a piece today on my favorite museum. In the article, they run this beautiful image of Adam and Eve as they appear in one of the museum’s galleries. All is not what it seems, however. The second photo shown here was smuggled out at great risk to a fellow blogger. Look closely. Do you see what I see? Yes, Adam and Eve weren’t people at all. They were just oversized Rockem Sockem Robots!
