The next Monkey Power Trio record should be out in a month or so. We’re only pressing 150, and the plan is to release them in recycled LP covers. (We’re doing a 12″ record this time out, chronicling two years, instead of a 45, covering just one.) So far, I have some good covers for our parasitic, little project to burrow into. I have a Jane Fonda and a Jimmy Swaggart, and quite a few easy-listening compilations with images of sunsets and the like on them. (The above image, which Linette designed with one of my drawings, is being printed as a sticker, which will be placed on the covers of our host records.) If you have record covers that you would like to contribute to the cause, just let me know. I can even 25 to 50 cents for good ones… and you can keep the records.

I think the band would pay more for one of these –

Mark, that cover image made me laugh. Reminds me of the Ironsides inro. Good one!

Thanks for reminding me of it, Ken.
Quincy Jones, baby!
I was always more of a Barnaby Jones fan, but this Ironside intro kicks ass.
…As for the record covers, someone has come forward to supply us. I’ll post all about it sometime later in the week.
And it’s good to have you back in the comments, Ken. I was worried that you’d been taken out by a sniper.
Has anyone ever explored the parallel between Lary Flynt and Ironside?
I thought I would try lurking for a while. Mainly to avoid the snipers.
If I had a Grateful Dead album, I’d send it to you. But I don’t.
