An odd tattoo, but who am I to judge.
Appears to be a simple genetic mutation.
Yes, everyone in my family was born with a birth mark indicating a dollar amount. Mine, as you can see, says $25. My brother’s says $18.32. My sister’s says $29, but it’s in Canadian dollars, which wasn’t that much when she was born, but actually isn’t that bad today.
