According to the Toronto Star, the television show “Arrested Development” may get another shot after all. Here’s a clip:
That may all change this week as the “upfronts” commence, and the American networks trot out their new schedules for advertisers and affilliates.
Starting tomorrow with the cellar-dwelling NBC, who, rumour has it, will be sticking with The Office and moving the universally panned Friends spin-off Joey off to another night, while squeezing one more season out of the flagging Will & Grace.
And, according to the same industry rumour-mill, we may have all sounded the death-knell too early for the perpetually ratings-challenged Arrested Development. Fox ends the upfronts Friday with its seasonal announcements, one of which is said to be a two-season pick-up for the battling Bluths.

I read at tvguide.com that Fox officially announces its schedule on Thursday so we’ll know for sure then.
Rumor has it they signed them for two more seasons.
I could live with one, but two would be great… For three, I’d give up the blog… For a special guest-starring role I’d join the Bush administration.
I have way more faith in the Canadian media than I do ours.

It wasn’t deleted, Galt. relevence? Wait, Mark hates those damn secular Bluth Jews too?
Again, I’m not sure what you’re getting at, Mr. Galt. I wouldn’t consider myself a big fan of Iranian fanatacism of any sort… Are you suggesting that I should spend more time talking about the fanatics in Iran and less time talking about the ones here that are threatening our democracy?
It appears to be official, (well, It was said in one of those crackly, unwieldy, papery things that smudge your hands) Arrested Devolopement has been renewed
