I haven’t discussed it with Linette yet, but I was just sitting here wondering if it might be better to bring an end to Crimewave in its current magazine format, and re-launch it as an annual book that we could sell through Amazon.

What ever happened with Desert Moon Periodicals? Did you ever get the money they owed you?
OK, but, this would be a huge loss. Maybe if Linette started her own blog, in fact, there is a huge vacuum for cool mommy blogs cause Dooce ain’t doin’ it.
I for one would buy the book. It would be cool if someone could do a retrospective of all the groundbreaking zines out there. Kind of like the book, “Our Band Could Be Your Life” but with zines like from Thrasher to Crimewave.
We would understand though, you have a lot on your plate.
Finally, a way to once and for all settle the “is Crimewave still a ‘zine’?” question.
Coincidentally, another person Mark and I went to school with started her own blog after moving to Texas to become a stay at home Mom for her near-2 year old.

Not all posts are Mom related, but few are political so I’m not worried about exposing her comment section to heated political debate if our conservative/libertarian commenters follow over. Probably be plenty of time for toilet training talk, though.
