turkey and un-dressing

When I saw this photo over at Leighton’s just now, I knew I had to steal it for MM.com… You know, with all the politics and everything lately, I’d almost forgotten what the holidays were really all about.

Politically correct or not, when I saw the sign on Leighton’s blog (and this a.m. at the bus stop) I thought it was pretty funny.

I don’t frequent strip clubs (since there aren’t any in my home), but I imagine that it would be quite thrilling to see lovely young ladies dressed as early American colonists, slowly peeling off layers of unflattering clothes. I must confess, the thought of an attractive young lady slowly undoing clunky brass buckles, causing her wool cloak to fall to the floor with a heavy, damp thud, is causing my heart to pump a little faster.
