On Wednesday, July 28, I posted something about wanting to name a drink after my daughter. And, I promised that Id make something, a little piece of art, for whoever came up with the best cocktail recipe. Well, heres the little piece of art. Actually, its just a bunch of doodles on an old map, but its the best I could do on short notice. As for the contest, its still not closed, so do leave a comment (either here or after the July 28 post) if you have an idea as to what a “Clementine” should contain. (Again, the only prerequisite is that every entry must require that the drink be stirred with her foot.) A winner will be chosen by the end of the week. Good luck.

Peel a clementine and throw it in vodka, grenadine, a bit of Pineapple juice, and one beautiful umbrella, and there you go….nothing fancy, but absolutely scrumptious…..Plus the tiny pieces of fruit are filled with alcohol goodness.

Hmmm… a nose piercing, an inspirational poster, a self-taught tattoo… It all sounds very enticing, but I think we’ll stick with the original plan for now.
