These two images were snapped at the New Orleans Bookfair a few weeks ago. The first one shows the layout of the warehouse behind the Contemporary Art Center, where the fair took place, and the second shows Linette raking in the cash at the state-of-the-art Crimewave sales booth.
As I think I mentioned here before, we had a wonderful time and very much appreciated the efforts of the events planners… When Id heard that the event was being put together by anarchists, I didnt know what to expect. I actually think that when Linette told me, I rolled my eyes and chuckled to myself. It turns out, however, that they did a wonderful job with the whole thing. In fact, if we have the money, and if were invited back again next year, Linette and I would love to go again.
My hope is, over the next week or two, to share some more photos of, and stories about, New Orleans Sorry its taken me this long to get started Stay tuned.
