Just thought I’d check in and let you know that Linette and I are still going, still working on the magazine. We’re freaking out from lack of sleep, but we’re otherwise OK. My eye’s still twitching… I’d say we’re about 95% of the way there now. We decided to add 8 pages. We also decided to raise our cover price. The next time you see an issue of Crimewave at the news stand, it’ll be $4. The guy at our biggest distributor, Desert Moon Periodicals, told us to raise it to $5, but we couldn’t go from $3 to $5. That would be too drastic… We’ve been at $3 for the past seven or eight years. I guess he’s right. It’s about time to jack up the price. So, start saving those pennies.
