My friend, David Miller, created the following two images featuring the daughter of another friend of ours. The top one came first. When Dan, the baby’s father, complained (in jest), the second image followed. I look at them both and wonder how many people find the first more offensive than the second. I myself am torn. I find face tattoos (among those who are not from the Mauri tribe of New Zealand) to be among the most stupid, irresponsible and absolutely ridiculous things in the world. At the same time, I despise McDonalds and everything is stands for. I’d be hard pressed to say which one would bother me more if I were this little girl’s father.
