According to a small NJ newspaper, that states highest-ranking anti-terrorism official has said that if we hit a level red status, those people found on the streets would be considered enemy combatants Is there any way that this could possibly have been said? Could he really have suggested that we might put an end to freedom of association? Wouldnt that be martial law?
